Bought this as a mother's day treat with afternoon tea next door.Communication & the personal touch from Mel was outstanding. Afternoon tea looked delicious from photos sent.My mum enjoyed it so much she has booked herself in for her birthday. Highly recommend

We had such a lovely time at the Spa Retreat. It was friendly, professional and the treatments so good and enjoyable, the facial was really amazing. We took time to be relax and had a lovely cream tea to finish the day. Really good we will definately be back and have regular spa days.
