I came to the mums and massage day today at the spa and it was amazing! The cookies were 10/10, I couldn’t believe they were homemade!
My treatments (neck, shoulders and head massage and a facial) were so relaxing, they were so needed and I can’t wait for the next one!

Return visit to The Spa Retreat, this time with Lin for 1 hours reflexology treatment. Lin took her time to explain the process as this was all new to me. After a full hour of pure bliss, I was completely relaxed and felt as if I had had, a full body massage. Lin then explained her findings and she was 100% accurate with what I am
suffering with. The whole experience was so enjoyable and total relaxation.. definitely booking in again very soon. Just perfect!

What can I say words don't really feel good enough, from the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel so welcome and Mel is so welcoming. As for the treatment well I have never felt so relaxed and calm both during and after the treatment. Such an Exceptional experience from start to finish we can't thank you enough.
